I wanted to try adding something to shell:startup that would restart Windows Explorer, but it would be nice to know what is causing the issue shell:startup. To get to the all Startup folder, replace the above shell command with shell:common startup. And then delete the shortcuts you don't want them to run. Pay more attention to All Startup folder as they contain more shortcuts than the individual user's To open the Startup folder on Windows 10, simply open the Run box. The shortcut key for the Run box is- [Windows] + [R] key. In the box type: shell: startup and hit the Ok button. The above command will automatically open the Auto Start folder. Now, whatever, script or app shortcut you place in it, will automatically get started with Windows 10.
